CIP cleaning systems in a closed configuration CIP (Cleaning In Place)
have become the essential equipment of the food processing plants which comply with the requirements of the HACCP system.
CIP system consists of:
- vessels and containers
- one or multifunctional
- automatic or semi- automatic
- return water tank and/or neutralisation tanks
- the tanks are adapted to work with the superordinate SCADA systems
- the tanks are adapted to wash and disinfect with all types of cleaning agents available on the market (based on sodium, acid and active oxygen).
